Back Stage Live Rental

Back Stage Live SA is delighted to share our light-filled space with the community. Please call 210-698-2856 to ask our receptionist to reserve space for you and to check availability for parties or events. Space is available for rent for an individual event or on an on-going basis.Popular uses of our space include: birthday and anniversary parties, staff meetings, concerts, festivals and fund raisers such as auctions. Feel free to invent your own creative use of our space.

Availability: The entire space is generally available daytimes prior to 3 pm, Saturdays after 6 pm in the evening. Individual areas may be available at other times. Please contact our receptionist at the venue (210-698-2856) for availability and to reserve space.

Minimum Rental Time: We request that you rent space for a minimum of 4 hours.Deposits: There are refundable deposits due of $250 for damage and $50 for cleaning. If there is no damage to floors, equipment, or space and the area is left clean, the entire $300 will be refunded. If you would like us to make arrangements to have the space cleaned for you, please let our receptionist know when you reserve and she will use the cleaning deposit to make the arrangements have the Club cleaned after your departure on your rental day.

Rental Agreement: When renting our space we ask that you sign a rental agreement and waiver of li ability form, and to provide a Certificate of Insurance that names Back Stage Live SA as insured for your event.

Dance Birthday Parties: Back Stage Live SA will coordinate Dance Birthday Parties where partygoers can explore different styles of dance together, including creative dance, ballet, jazz, hip-hop and modern. We provide the party coordinator, dance studio space, costumes, professional dance DVDs, decorations, tablecloths, settings.
